Elmato Freddy 10226 Squirrel House with 3 Entrances

I bought this for the squirrel who has moved into our garden & we've been feeding. The squirrel moved in in no time & clearly loves it. During the terrible winter storms I can see him looking out at the weather - snug & dry in his little house. In very bad weather I deliver the food to his door.

Both my partner and i were impressed with this nest box... but for different reasons! The box arrived on time and was packaged well. Upon examining the nest box i noticed that there was 2 circular entrance holes not the 3 that i had expected, this however was not the most suprising thing about this purchase. There appeared to be a tear in the plastic surrounding the box and something had been put inside... it was... how do i put this... a male silicon sex toy with 2 openings of her own! Very suprising!! I now count 4 entrances altogether!! I can only imagine that this had been put there as a joke and can confirm that myself and many people on facebook have seen the funny side of this! The box itself is in perfect condition, just waiting for my partner to put it up, but he seems to have disappeared..... :/

2 circular holes, not in the places shown on the picture on amazon as of nov 2019, holes lower down, and placed on the middle panel, so not sure this would be safe for babies. will take advice on this and if not safe will return.update - item was returned, not suitable as a home to raise young in, babies could easily fall out. Amazon very good about the return. I hope the seller put the holes back in their original higher position as pictured.

Great house but the holes for squirrel to go in are too small. We have to make them bigger. But very pleased for the value and quality.

Beautiful. Ace my little squirrel loves it. I have installed it on a high pole where he is safe and added his feeder at the back of the pole

Great little house, well made, no issues like other reviewers have mentioned. Does not seem to open as the picture indicates, and the holes are in slightly different locations, but that’s not an issue. Will definitely be treating the wood, though.

Great wee squirrel house. Bought one for a friend she loved it and so did the squirrels so I got myself one .still to put it up but I know the squirrels will play in it.
