This tiller has good power, easy to put together out of the box, does a great job. I have put about 6-8 hours on mine and besides breaking the belt have had no problems

I bought this Super Handy l Guo116 Rear tune roto tiller on amazon recently, thinking that maybe a rear tine tiller might have some advantages over the front tine ones. Ah! Very disappointed.I think the biggest disappointment is that where the drive wheels were trying to pull the machine forward the reversing tines were not allowing that to happen. The wheels were simply spinning. It either needs more weight onto the machine or wheel weights to keep them from spinning. I had to keep lifting up on the handles to put weight onto the wheels to keep them from spinning.As for the free-wheeling option of the machine to move it around, I was able to figure that one out after reading the manual several times. It truly is a pain to have to pull out those O-pins and replace them every time one needs to move the machine around. The picture explaining the procedure could have been more explicit and maybe a little larger.As for setting up the machine, it was a little challenging. I compared it to doing a jig saw puzzle where the nuts, bolts and clips all had to fit the right way. There could have been better instructions and visuals. For example, I have set up other items from manufacturer’s instructions and they have had an outline of a certain bolt or nut on the paper so that one could put the item against the outline to match it up with bolt number and size.I am an 81 year old person and have had a few different tillers in my time. I do not remember having to manhandle any of those to get the job done. The machine should be doing the work. Not me. I could have dug my garden by hand, but chose to buy a tiller to do the job. In this case, I am exhausted and sore from manhandling this beast.I also do not notice where anyone is offering to take the machine back if one is not satisfied with it.No problems at all with the shipping. I was surprised how soon it showed up.I have since become even more disappointed with this machine. Would you not think that spending money on a machine like this the seller would throw in a quart of the required gear lube For no other reason than to guaranty the right product goes into the machine. I searched high and low for the ooo lube grease and did not find it except in larger, expensive containers. Now the drive wheels will pull the machine forward, but the tines will barely turn. In fact I can stop them from turning with my hands. This I do not record to stop the tines from turningI spent approx. $800 and no support available? No one calls you back to try to help make things right. It sure would be nice to talk with someone about the problem. No garden this year I guess. If you cannot help me can you at least suggest somewhere where i can have it fixed? Thanks!

Heavy duty, tills great

Took an hour to put together. Clear instructions. Will need a ratchet and a pair of pliers or channel locks. Needs 1 qt of gear oil. Take it easy and slow filling engine oil. Works really well so far. Exactly what I was looking for. Seems pretty solid quality.

Began assembling this tiller today. Stopped assembling as soon as I got to attaching the tine assemblies. The axles on this machine measure just under 15/16". Actual measure about probably 29/32". The bore on the tine assemblies is about 1 1/8". Because there is about 3/16" difference between the axle and the the tine assembly bore, the tines loosely flop around on the axle. My concern is the 5/16" locking pin will shear off. If the tine assembly were in a different box, I would have concluded that the wrong tine assembly was shipped. In addition, the axle only extends about 3/4s the way into the tine assemble. This also makes the flopping around of the tine assembly on the axle more pronounced. On all of the tillers I have ever used and all the tillers I looked at before purchasing this one, the tine assembly fits snugly on the axle with little to know play. In some cases there is a milled flat spot on the axle and the bore of the tine assembly that locks the tine assembly to the axle. Also, on most tillers the axle extends the entire length of the bore in the tine assembly. Unless I am in fact right that somehow I got the wrong tine assemblies, in my opinion the way the tine assembly fits on the axle is very poorly designed and is a deal breaker for me. I stopped the assembly of the tiller and boxed it back up. I purchased the tiller on April 18, 2024 and today June 9, 2024. Amazon return on this item ended May 19, 2024. Sent an e-mail to the SuperHandy indicating I would like to return the tiller and get a refund. Based on some of the comments I have read, dealing with their customer service can be challenging and there may be a battle to get my desired outcome. I hope that is not the case. I really do not want this machine with this major design flaw.
