Got this for my boyfriend’s pool and OMG it’s perfect!!
We had friends over and everyone kept saying how easy it was to get in and out — no slipping, no drama, just smooth sailing (or swimming?) 🏊♂️✨It folds up soooo nicely too, and I can carry it myself (and I’m not exactly Hulk) 🥹Feels super sturdy, looks great, and makes me feel like a pro setting it up.If you’ve got a boat, dock, or pool — trust me, you need this!!I love it so much I wanna marry it… but I’m already taken(by the boyfriend, not the ladder lol)Highly recommend!!10/10 cuteness and function

Leg bumpers fall off. Questionable strength.
Feels and looks nice. The little suction cup looking pads on the ends of the support braces/legs that rest on the side of your boat fall off. Lost two already. Lucky there are four support legs. Super glued the last two in and they haven't fallen off yet. Also, one support braces that contacts the boat bent and collapsed while someone was trying to board the boat. This was after its bumper had fallen out, making it slightly shorter than the other support leg so maybe this caused the failure. The ladder comes with two pairs of them for extra support but the bottom pair is too far down to contact my boat. Those support legs are extendable though, which is nice.BUT, when you fold those little support legs down for storage they do not lay flat. One lays on top of the other and the one on top pokes out somewhat. Maybe that's a small gripe but it does not store on my boat like my previous ladder did which had supports that both laid flat against the ladder. So far after limited use the ladder has held up after gluing in those bumpers. Also, the bolts that hold the folding support legs on are a little too short to get a good bite on their locking nuts. If you screw them in enough to bite into the nylon locking ring in the nut, the pressure is so great on the legs that they will not fold in and out. I had to replace them with longer bolts.I was disappointed that I really did not receive a product that was ready to use right out of the box. After some fixing on my part it seems to be okay now. In retrospect I might have looked around more for a different ladder but I am able to make this one work for now.***UPDATE*** After very light use a third support leg broke. The soft bumper insert fell out, making that support leg slightly shorter than the other and the leg bent. I had super glued it in. Now the ladder is very difficult to use and will have to be replaced. This happened with very light use. Once one of the support legs bends it has no strength anymore. With the amount of use I got out of this I regret even buying it. It is not worth purchasing unless you can find a way to keep those bumpers in the legs. However, I find it inexcusable that they are not permanently attached in the first place. What you get with this is something you might be able to fix so that it works properly, but it does not come that way.

Nice product!
Nice product but sorry I had to return it. I ordered the 4 step and received the 3 step.

One minor issue
The minor issue is that boats have curved sides, so the ladder doesn’t hang straight. Even with the adjustable bumper feet, the ladder still leans to the inside. It’s usable, just would be better if one of the set of bumper feet was considerably longer. Oh, and it doesn’t come with directions, so at first I was trying to attach the feet to the aluminum posts. Had to google it for correct installation.

Great boat ladder
Got this for our Smokercraft 16 ft fishing boat. In we ever fell in we needed a way back on the boat. Lightweight easy on and off when on the trailer.
