When it countdown to 0:00:00, it starts countup automatically, is there any way to stop counting up by itself, and just show 0:00:00 on screen?

I love this product. It has so many useful features and it's very easy to use. I use it for cooking and many other daily activities.

This versatile timer does a great job. The digital numbers are large, bright, and easy to read. I've used it for 9 months as a kitchen timer, laundry timer, and a substitute bedroom alarm clock. I use it almost everyday. I charge it every couple of months which seems to be fine because it has never yet used up its charge. If it is set and functioning, I'm careful how I pick it up because it is fairly easy to accidentally touch a button and temporarily disrupt the current timing cycle. Since the display is always unlighted to conserve energy, you have to push a button to see how much time is remaining. Therefore it has to be within your reach and not sitting across the room to quickly determine how much time is remaining. I'm very happy with this timer and would buy it again.

The timer is nice, it is bright and the numbers are big and colorful, but.... the countdown does not stay on. As soon as you click on the timer to start the countdown the screen fades away. Then when the times is up, it rings but does not show the screen again. In a classroom, the idea to set a timer is to provide a visual clue on how much time you have to complete a task.
