I wish there was a standard way to describe pipe sizes, just like there is for cigars.The photo shows what I will call small, regular and large pipes. The Mr. Brog I received is on the bottom left. I think it’s one of the best values on the market. The briar wood is beautiful and the finish is amazing. I like that it accepts 9mm filters and has a pre-carbon liner. I will be buying another just like it for my collection and daily use.

$38.00 for this 5.75 inch BRIARWOOD bent pipe....Are you kidding me??? This pipe is a well-crafted masterpiece and Mr Brog and I will become good friends after this. I received this pipe and since it was dinner and happy hour time, I packed the bowl with Captain Jack Royal just prior to mixing a perfect martini and placing an herb / garlic pork tenderloin on the BBQ. I lit the bowl and saw it through the first lite....a good charring on the top pack of beautiful aromatic tobacco followed by a tamper. A second lite followed and this pipe performed amazingly. This pipe satisfied me through the whole cooking time and the bowl was perfect size for me. It was not so large that I needed to smoke it for an hour. I enjoyed a fantastic 45 to 50 minute smoke on a full bowl and this baby kept me warm and satisfied beyond measure. This pipe of BRIARWOOD (the hardest most sought after wood for high dollar quality pipes) has a gorgeous smooth reddish color and it is accentuated by a beautiful silver stem ring. I smoked it with the provided Mr Brog 9mm filter and I loved the beautiful draw and burn performance. The bowl is perfect size for me as I did not want to smoke an hour long plus bowl. The size of this bowl will satisfy you for a solid 45 min. I have a hundred dollar Savinelli 602 due to arrive soon and I have a hard time believing it's performance could far exceed the performance of this beautiful pipe at less than half the price. I have 9mm filters and I really enjoyed this pipe using the filters. If you are new to pipe smoking or an experienced veteran, I cannot believe you could be unsatisfied with the beauty and performance of this pipe at this great PRICE! I'm already jonesin hard for my next bowl in this gorgeous smoker. This pipe also felt great in the hand and never felt overheated. It was a pleasure to hold and smoke while cooking dinner on the BBQ. Mr Brog.....YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

They say they are hand made or hand crafted, but we know these brands that are speed manufactured for cost. Let me tell you it is not that bad. Great little pipe for the new smoker, or something that you want to toss around when on the go. If it breaks then no fuss as the price wont break the wallet and it really does smoke very well.

Loved the pipe --Very comfortable and smokes well. Aesthetics are great--You will need to get the box of 9mm filters when you buy the pipe --This is not obvious but do it and you will be satisfied.

I've been using it a few months now and I've even bought a high dollar one and I always find myself going back to this one. It doesn't overheat like some of the other ones I've got at this price range. It feels good and looks good in the hand. It's an all around good pipe. I want a straight billiard now but this one will stay in my pouch.

This pipe is comfortable to hold and just the right size for the small carrying case that I use for tobacco, pipe cleaners, filters etc. The bowl will heat up but does not become painfully hot. This is a benefit in the winter. I am perfectly happy to use this as my go to pipe.

This pipe is very light and despite its low price it’s one of the best tobacco pipes I’ve smoked. It looks great, it’s easy to clean and has a nice sized bowl for a good long smoke. Don’t mistake light weight for cheap feel, this one performs quite well.

Im really happy with this pipe. It’s my second pipe, I’ve only recently started smoking a pipe. The bowl is nice and thick so it doesn’t heat up like crazy when smoking. It’s a good size and seems to burn very well and for a long time. The bottom of the bowl is shaped so it doesn’t tip or roll around easy when you set it down. Draws smooth and I’ve noticed less bite when drawing - that may be the length of the stem or the filter. Either way I’m glad I purchased this one rather some of the more expensive options at the local shop.Definitely recomend.

It requested a refund as soon as I opened the package and seen the pipe. Besides being too small it wasn’t finished, I’m not sure what hands crafted it but they should have some retraining! The top of the bowl wasn’t sanded flat before the finish was applied and it looked and felt like fake wood.

Beautiful pipe, came preloaded with a 9 mm filter and with a soft pouch It developed ugly blisters 5 minutes into the 1st use. Returning it.
