Boswellia serrata - known as 'Nature's Bute' - a powder made from the resin of Boswellia trees. This resin contains Boswellic acids which work by stopping inflammatory white cells from infiltrating damaged tissue.

Glucosamine hydrochloride is an easily-absorbed source of a natural amino sugar found in the body which provides the building blocks for healthy joint cartilage. It has no known side-effects.
