I'm not sure but we purchased this for a B & Q Airforce unit that is now not made and it worked with no hassle at all.

does it time on and off twice a day, 7 days a week?

No this does not.If you want one that has 15 on and 15 off times in a 24 hour time period only. Only works if your aircon unit has on off timer feature then:- chunghop model K-2012E. Steve

doe s this work with any challenge airconditioner models

No I got this as an emergency and it worked for one day. Engineer said it wasn't compatible with the model I have.
