I really enjoyed this book. It was educational and instructional. I loved that I had the urge to make notes and read salient points again. I particularly enjoyed the Positionality Wheel and the discussion around critical awareness. I bought 5 copies to give to allays at my organization. This book motivated me to do more and be better. A must read!

This book is a great guide for any team tackling social change. It's a great read and there are exercise to do on you own - or better - with your team!I particularly recommend it to those in my sector - museum/ cultural/ nonprofit. It will help your teams get grounded and look inward - where social change must begin.

This is an excellent book for anyone wanting the how-to of how to create positive change and brighter futures in their organizations and the world.Detailing innumerable strategies, methods, and techniques for creating meaningful change, this book now accompanies me in any endeavor I'm initiating.I've already used several strategies out of the book on projects in my organization and can't wait to use more!
