Order came quick. They were a lot more difficult to put on. Took 2 of us and double the amount of zip ties provided as well as taking well over an hour. We watched numerous videos on how to change the tires with one showing how to use a long screwdriver to help stretch the tire. This is what finally worked for us. We did finally prevail and they fit perfectly and look great!

Exactly what was needed

Couldn't video because this was a two-handed job. My first tip is that hot water doesn't soften enough for stretch. I put mine in the microwave for a minute and got it soft before putting it on. For the first one I used to heat gun.I watched another person's video and I think he had much valuable tips...a long flat headscrewdriver gives much more leverage than the provided pry tool. I actually used both I used the pride tool to hold the tire in place while I pryed with my long handle screwdriver. The second thing is is that I put the zip ties on Loosely around the tire my second Tire before starting so that once I had it in place I could cinch it down to hold. A rubber mallet helps to get the tire snapped down and you may need some extra zip ties that you can pick up at the dollar store.The fit, once installed is perfect and secure. I bought the bigger tires for added durability. There are minimal instructions included which I think is a downside for such a nice product

The product is fine. But there are all these horror stories about people having trouble getting them on the rim. It's pretty simple. You just have to (i) soak each tire in boiling water first -- put the tire in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, let simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure you soak the first one, mount it, then soak the second one, mount it; and (ii) use a second lever -- they should really send you two but all the vendors only give you one. Just use the biggest screwdriver you have as the second lever. Once you have half the tire zip-tied down (make sure you zip-tie it tight tight tight) use one lever to pull the tire onto the rim a bit more, and then keep the lever in place while using the second lever to pull the tire up a bit further up the rim, then pull out the first lever and go even further up the rim, etc. But to get the last section onto the rim completely you really have to muscle it on, but anyone can do it unless they're very frail. Doing it this way took 15 min per tire to boil/soak, 5 min each to get it on the rim.

Their holding up well, but they were definitely difficult to put on, it's a two person job for sure.

THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THESE REPLACEMENT WHEELCHAIR TIRES WERE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!ONLY THROUGH TRIAL & ERRORS, DID I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO PROPERLY MOUNT THE TIRES! IT WAS SUGGESTED TO WARM THE RUBBER TIRES IN HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES. NO, IT'S IMPERATIVE TO ADD A POT OF BOILING HOT WATER TO THE TAP HOT WATER! ANYWAY, IT'S A DEFINITE WORKOUT AND TIME CONSUMING TO SAY THE LEAST!THE FINAL RESULTS WERE UTTERLY APERFECT TIGHT FIT, AND THEY GRIP THE ROAD COMFORTABLY! THE QUALITY MADE IT AN IDEAL VALUE FOR THE MONEY SPENT!
