I watched while 2 of the family golfers tried this out: 1 very experienced golfer & 1 newbie.The newbie (started just a few months ago) really liked the visual aid line. If you’ve never read a green before (or a mat or a carpet!), it takes a lot of time & practice to even know what that means. This laser device helped her A TON with keeping her head down & maintaining an even, steady stroke.The experienced golfer said this:“Whenever I am putting poorly, it is usually because I am not trusting my alignment, picking my head up, & wishing the ball into the hole. The laser glasses are the perfect remedy because the laser will tell you instantly if you are peeking before you’ve completed your stroke.”Bottom line? They both give it 5 stars. We have no idea why someone rated this 1 star (with no written review), but the actual glasses are well made & fit both her very petite head & his grown man head. The concept of a laser line to assist is highly effective & the glasses come nicely packaged with a carrying case + a USB charging cable.Highly recommend!**Thank you for reading this & I hope it Helps your shopping experience!**

So these glasses do have the potential to help. The goal in putting should be to maintain "quiet eyes" - fixing your sights on one location and not moving your eyes (because the head, and then the upper body, instinctively follow the eyes) through your putting stroke. If you struggle with this, the glasses with their laser dot indicator do help to keep you from moving your head. It's really easy to see if you're moving inadvertently with these. My complaint is that they're too expensive for what you're getting - a plain plastic glasses frame with a laser pointer attached. There's no reason these should cost more than half the current asking price, and if they were $30 or $40 I'd recommend them readily.

I had a major neck surgery 4 years ago. My neck does not easily move right and then back to center on a level plain. So, when using this product, instead of seeing the line I am intending, the line turns into more of a loop, which confuses my brain into thinking the putt is going to do something other than go straight. If you can keep the line straight, this could be a good training tool. It proved difficult for me
