Fantastic shooting rest
Great rest - built like a tank, easy to adjust and light enough to carry to the range. Their bags are fantastic too.

Superb Quality Product
Best adjustable front rifle rest I was able to find. It is rock solid all parts are metal and the item should last a lifetime. I’d much rather pay a little extra money for this compared to the crappy Caldwell rest that has plastic parts and knobs.

this is a good general purpose rest.this is not a benchrest rest..the threads are course and loose on the top.

Super Quality!
Decided to go with the standard top model of this front rest from Protektor after reading reviews on the adjustable model and I'm glad I did! Nothing fancy but solidly built and very functional. Looks like it'll provide years of unlimited service. Bottom line: I can not imagine a better basic front rest and its made right here in the USA! It doesn't get better than that.

light weight
This rest is probably 1/3 the weight of competitors and is still absolutly stable. I should have purchased this years ago.

Performance ,check, looks meh
I got the base, and the delivery was fast, and better then expected. The rest works well after you re-adjust, the screws, grease and clean the whole base. the bag quality is very good, it came with shoe lases to wrap the ears at the bottom of the base. The rest works well, it's a cast aluminum base, with cnc aluminum spikes, height adjustment wheel, base and side bag, adjusters, the main shaft is a steel screw with CNC adjusters guide, the Allen screws, are steel and the nubs, are plastic with steel which are good. The attention to detail when manufacture, is not top notch, The machinery is very sloppy, it came with some not desirable dings, from the manufacturing process, lots of scratches,, a rusted main shaft height adjuster. All these lack of manufacturing details makes these base a scratch and dent item. NOT NEW. Again it looks like there's no QA department, It feels like these are made in someone's garage, and slap together boxed, and there you go. The packing inside, was old news papers, and the base cover with bubble wrap. If the attention to detail is improve, then you deserve a 4.5 stars.

Not worth the extra money.
Rest is ok the machineing is sloppy, threads are off center and dull points at end of the screw threads.
