It seriously does the job. I have a bulging disc(s) in my lower and middle back. I can’t stretch well enough and I can’t pop my back like when I was a kid so I have tried laying on pillows, bunched up towels, but this is perfect for what I need. It’s not the cure but it feels good.

This back stretcher does provide a good, adequate stretch for your back.Pros: provides a good stretch, I like that the device is adjustable incrementally, good quality constructionCons: heating pad provides hardly any heat (probably limited by the USB connector), adjusting the device is a little cumbersome

This worked well to stretch out and crack my back. I get a similar crack to when I use my foam roller, but this might be easier to pack for travel since it comes in a nearly flat box.
