This works as it should, is easy to cut, and a bit messy when cutting but I’ve never seen any that isn’t messy. Highly recommend this foam and will buy it again.

The foam is good quality like you'd find at a hobby store. It's dense, absorbs water really well, and it's easy to work with. It will keep stem holders / stakes in place just fine. Cutting it down with a hobby knife or hacksaw works well. If you need an odd or rounded shape it can be roughed down with sandpaper. I feel like this is a good foam for a beginner or hobbyist. Half of my floral projects are artificial, the others are fresh cut, and this foam has the ability to do both.

This are perfect blocks for putting together flower arrangements in a basket-not a vase. The are very sturdy. You an put the flowers in it easily, yet it still hold the shape, despite a lot of curious handling from two 6 year olds. If you want to cut them for a smaller basket, it is easy to do. This is a great buy for anyone needing to arrange flowers.

Using this for artificial flowers for my wedding and overall they were good and held the flowers. The only issue I noted is that they are a bit messy as they crumble easily.

I use them for dry or wet arrangements: You can get dry arrangement blocks that are denser but these serve for dry. if using wet, saturate the block first before cutting the stem & inserting, so the cut end doesn't seal itself before the block soaks up water thoroughly.

My flowers were really hydrated. I like how you can use this wet for real flowers and dry for fake ones.

Easy to cut and absorbs water well.

Great value for what you get. Will get again in the future.
