This Greek Lexicon is a great resource for the bible student or seeker of the real definitions of Greek words. This not only helps with defining a word but gives you a better idea of the context of an entire passage. For example the word "teach" used in 1 Tim. 2:12 is one of instruction or direction (leading a flock) but the teach" in 2 Tim. 2:24- meaning to instruct ( as in the context of skilled in teaching or the havin the ability to teach. This book gives you the scripture passages that the word occurs in and it is very helpful. The only draw back is the numbering is in ROman numerals, but its good practice.

This is the second copy of this reference work I have owned. The first was destroyed by fire. This was also the first book I bought to replace my previous library. Bullinger does such a fine job at defining every word of the New Testament. The definitions presented will often provide the serious student with glimpses of insight that they could not get with any other work I have seen. The only thing better, other than talking to the Lord himself, would be talking one-on-one to Bullinger himself. This is definitely a 5 star book!

Great reference book but very poorly bound. Needs much better binding, but very useful Bible study tool!

Most helpful with Bible word study. E. W. Bullinger was years ahead of his time. His concise notes are most helpful. The entry on "The Word of God" alone justifies the price of the book. Print could be larger. Exceptional value used.

It's not an exhaustive lexicon based on the king jimmy but it has a better understanding of the greek words, than most socially acceptable neutered words today

This is a wonderful Lexicon and the quality of the second-hand book is very good.
