Replaced a 55 yo rusty tongue with this and it was a breeze to install. It comes with all the hardware you need.

Very poor quality
Total garbage. Latching mechanism (the part that contacts the ball to keep hitch from jumping off) is poorly designed. During its one and only trip I noticed a jolting noise. Upon inspection, the entire mechanism was bent out of place and the trailer was free to jump off the ball. Total load including trailer was under 3500lb.
