Great buy, cheaper than mechanic. Easy DIY
A whole lot cheaper than getting your mechanic to replace it, they're usually just one or two fold clips on the housing and the filter just pulls out and new one pushes in. I have found no problems with this filter but I can't vouch for additional mileage. If your old one was clogged and nasty then a new one will definitely add miles due to better airflow
