Wanted a replacement for an old bag that was past it's best but had given good service. This bag is almost identical and has the same performance characteristics. It heats relatively quickly and stays warm for a good length of time.

This is about the third one of these I have purchased from this company. These heat pads are a generous size and are large enough to go around your lower back, waist or shoulders. (Some head pads are much smaller) You can keep them in place with the velcro straps - they heat up easily and are very comfortable to wear and are very soothing.. I would highly recommend them for muscular pain to either replace painkillers or in addition to painkillers.

Used this to ease back pain. Quick to heat in microwave.Though it was supposed to contain lavender, this is hardly noticeable.I like the Velcro band as it helped to hold the pack close , which made it more effective.

Just get this one rather than others, you will not be disappointed

Very easy to use. Microwave and done. Safer than hot water bottles.

Used for a sore back, it fits really well but is quite heavy and doesn’t heat up as well as my wife’s lighter models even when heating in the microwave for the full safe 80seconds.

Easy to use and quick and preparing, a min in the microwave and your good to go, doesn’t get to a temp that will burn you. The elastic helps keep this in place so can use while on the go (unlike a water bottle that you have to hold!) there’s not an unpleasant smell like I’ve found before with previous wheat bags. The heat is nice although doesn’t last as long as the standard water bottle. Definitely a handy accessory
