Best described as a leaflet than a book- was hoping for something more- better books are out there- 26 pages long- in summary the contents of the book are- eat healthily, run for a few minutes a day, do some exercises like press ups, squats and lunges and you'll lose weight

not a good book but you get what you pay for and for £1.99 its rubbish. no photographs just links to youtube videos which are not good.Dont Buy!
