bottom portion of the lift and less as the bar travels back up to the start position. The great thing about this compared with using bands is
the full weight is always in your hands meaning maximal stimulation for the CNS.

How to use:

Simply slip your arms through the loops and make sure that you cover most of your upper arms so the sling goes up to near your arm pits. That is the
set up, it is really that simple. We advise that you always have strong spotters ready and never use this alone if you are bench pressing, you do not
want to fatigue and become stuck with an extra 15% more on you!
For use with dips, press ups and other exercises this is less of an issue and actually it is a great tool for learning these exercises especially if you do not
have the upper body strength to perform them, this will help you tremendously.
