This is terrific Berberine supplement it gives me energy too. This is my favorite of all the other berberine supplements I have tried plus it has other amazing benefits too! Highly recommend AAA

I bought this to help with my blood sugar levels as well as a support to my metabolism. I have lost some weight while using this product but it wasn't significant. I lost about 4lbs in a month. I thought this would be like a weight loss drug but it is not. I also found that the weight loss happened when I increased the recommended dosage. Instead of taking 1 pill 3 times a day. I took 2 pills twice a day which increased the mg to 2000 as one pill is only 500mg. Research shows that weight loss can been seen 2000 mgs and higher. These pills did not cause major bloating or cramping but it did cause me to have multiple bowel movements. This is good because visibly my stomach looked flatter then before but the scale didn't make major jumps. I believe that if I continue taking this product I will eventually reach my weight loss goal. If I start exercising I may even reach it faster. I am happy with the 4 lbs I lost especially since I didn't start working out and the only thing I did was add the supplement to my diet.

I feel the berberin has help with some weight. I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I feel that I have more energy and not snacking at night. I feel that it's doing the job. Will purchase again.

These are as described but you must use a long time to see results I guess so....I am not sure on this at least as of yet. I will update this after using them for several months if I decide to do that 😀 They do not upset my stomach at all like some product can.
