The plant was unhealthy when it arrived. I had previously gotten another Venus fly trap from Kroger that flourished. So it's not like I don't know how to care for them. Don't waste your money.

The plant came in today, very small. Smaller than I expected but I figure it's because they have a better chance at survival in the box while they r small? Has 8 heads on it, I love it soo far. I can't wait untill I can feed it for the first time. It has 3 heads closed so I figure the plant store fed them before the long journey to my house. Took almost 2 weeks to get to me but I'm satisfied. I would buy from this vendor again.

The product is the one in the front. The one in the back is from Trader Joe’s which cost half of the price and looks way healthier.The product arrived well packed, the plant is very small. Overall it seems ok but not great. I’d recommend buying from your local store if possible since you will get a much better plant.

They sent it in a carefully packed box with detailed instructions. Unfortunately the poor plant was already on its final leg of life. I'm still trying but it is still wilting away. I'm afraid it won't live much longer but I think it's a toss up. Hopefully the one you get will be full of health and beautiful, but mine is pretty much dead on arrival.

The plant was packaged very securely but it was half dead upon arrival. I’ve had it 2 weeks now, trying to revive it but I don’t think it’s gonna make it. Just really frustrating.

I bought this for my daughter for Valentine's day. Great care was taken when shipping so that the plant wouldn't die. She's had "Vern" for a year. He has been a learning experience for us all. We had one prior to him and killed him fast because we didn't know how to care for him properly. You have to use distilled water and make sure the plant is never dry. It's impossible to over water. My daughter lives taking care of "Vern," feeding and watering him. I will be buying him a friend from this seller so he has company.Update: Make sure you buy Venus fly trap food and remember to feed them. Vern is flowering this year.

First, it’s so tiny there’s no way for it to do its job. Many of the branches were black upon receipt. I thought maybe just trauma of shipping and I could nurse it back to proper health. I’ve paid close attention to my plant since and it’s only worsened as time has gone on. It’s practically all black now and all but dead. It’s going in the trash today. Just very disappointed this wasn’t in better shape and of better quality.
