Xbox Microsoft Gift Card (Physical Delivery)

I purchased one of these as a gift for my son. I like the physical card as opposed to an e-card. It's tangible; I can hold it and feel it. It's nicer to give as a gift, I think. Good stuff.

It worked. Gave to son and he didn't complain.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought this card for my partner for Christmas and when he tried to use it the code did not work. I paid $50 for a card that does not work and I can not return it and no one is helping me to get it to work. I tried to contact Amazon customer service and they said they couldn’t do anting and for me to contact the seller but there isn’t an option to contact the seller I searched everywhere so I could talk to them. Then Amazon customer service also said they couldn’t either. Then suggested to contact Xbox I which they told me to contact the seller to activate the card and everyone keeps telling me to contact the seller but I guess the seller turned off that option
