good but not great
I had a different one a few years ago. But after a couple of moves it is lost. This one is smaller in both diameter and length. Also it is not as firm. I wish I could find my old one.

It's almost too narrow to be useful.
It would be perfect if it were larger in diameter. It's almost too narrow to be useful. If you find you need it to be broader wrap a towel around it, which shouldn't be necessary if its diameter were wider. The foam or material has the right support and firmness, but the diameter is a big miss. If they'd make this improvement, it would likely be a perfect or nearly so product for me. I should say that I like the strap. That's good addition to the product and the covering is good, too.

FIRM McKenzie Roll!!!
I am a physical therapist and I have patients order these ALL THE TIME. If you know anything about the spine these are crucial, great quality, back support, make sure you order the FIRM style not standard.
