A good, healthy mix for orchids
This is a nice healthy mix of organic materials, not just wood chips like one would find in local stores. I have used this product to repot orchids that had outgrown their containers and they are doing very well. It is a small bag, however, it does expand ( I soaked mixture for about a hour before potting ) and amount was perfect for a fairly deep 7 inch ( diameter ) pot. Also, I’m happy to support a small, family-owned business. I do recommend this product.

Great product
I know nothing about orchids. I've killed 2 so far. I was gifted one for my birthday and decided to do some research and keep it alive.This soil is perfect helps keep the moisture correct, my orchid is alive and growing! Thank you for helping me concur this plant!

Perfect mix for orchids
I used this kit to re-plant an orchid I bought a few months ago. It is the perfect blend of bark, moss and water-absorbing material. I separately purchased a plastic insert with slits in the bottom and sides,and followed the instructions for this product to do the repotting. It was very straightforward and easy. The moss gives a nice finished look to the plant and allows air to circulate from the top down. It doesn't have any scent, and the package size was perfect for the 4"x4" container I used. I'm hoping this will further increase the bloom and growth rate of my plant.

Two Sisters
the directions were accurate, I was able to transplant my Orchid. Named it two sisters. I talk to them.Store my Orchid in the Bathroom, give her a steam bath every other day.

Hardly any moss
There was very little moss, and the remaining ingredients looked like something you’d sweep off the floor of the garage. Also, there’s very little material for the price. I’ve bought moss from this company before and thought it was a good value, but the orchid mix is disappointing.

Seems to work well for all of my plants!
This potting mix really seems to make my repotted orchids happy. Thirteen happy orchids, 3 happy holiday cacti, and one happy I-don't-know-what-it-is plant! (some sort of succulent?)

Good product / very small bag
Its a good mix but beware it is a very small bag. Good for only one small pot. Shipping also took long. 2 stars taken off for that
