I make detergent-free melt and pour soaps and this is a great base to use. I have repurchased it several times and will continue to do so. It accepts the addition of other oils and ingredients very well, feels moisturizing and soothing to the skin and has a rich lather. I’ve purchased other bases before from Amazon, but this has the cleanest and most natural ingredients and highest content of actual goat’s milk of any of the other goat’s milk bases (goat’s milk is the first ingredient listed where the others add it in the last half of the ingredients so it’s really not a true goat’s milk base, just a base of some other vegetable fat with some goats milk in it). I will continue to use this product because it truly is a high-quality base that is consistent from batch to batch and has premium ingredients. It may cost a little more but it is well worth it.

I was/am taken back by this exceptional goat’s milk base. My first batch use was 786 gms. I used a fast melt unit and the entire base melted in less than three minutes. This base accepted/mixed phenomenally well with the Argan carrier oil and the fives fragrance oils in the formula. Bubbles were extremely low and only had to spritz with alcohol twice. It held the correct temperature well and poured smoothly with absolutely no soft clumping. The liquid colorant mixed easily and the bars turned out beautiful. They lather easily and are holding their specific scent with regular use.

The subtle natural smell is amazing, the lather is superb also it's so moisturizing. It doesn't just as long as cold process but adding sodium lactate helps the longevity!!! Highly recommend. The best base I've used over 6 others.

Makes a really nice soap with a subtle orange (?) aroma. Really gentle on my skin, and cuts grease really well--works nicely in the shower, but also on dishes! Big fan.

First let me say I love this soap base, it has a wonderful lather and is easy to work with. My concern is there is no ingredients label with the product, so if you need to include the ingredients for re-sale it is almost impossible. I had to hunt down the ingredients by scanning the QR code and trying to find it on the storefront. There is no clear list in descending order. This is a violation of the FDA and Fair Packaging and Labeling Act so it's necessary to be easily able to find this information. Also the product label description is kinda confusing. One picture shows a goat with a container of milk on the front and it says, " Clear Glycerin melt and pour soap base made with vegetable glycerin" while another label also has a goat with a container of milk on the front and that one says, "Goat's Milk melt and pour soap base made with vegetable glycerin"A clear glycerin soap would be CLEAR.A goat milk glycerin soap with titanium dioxide would be white, so this is very confusing since both are white.Also the picture that comes with the soap shows a happy white couple, but this feels strange. First of all, who puts a super large picture of themselves with the product (no problem if they did), but it feels like this isn't a photo of a real couple.All that being said, I don't care who makes it, I really like the soap. It is a good product for a good price and I would just like some clarity on the labeling.
