Poor quality
Piece of junk. Quits working in short time and seller fails to acknowledge there is an issue with the pump. The unit consistently says “add water” despite plenty of water in reservoir.

Convenient and easy to use!!
I just got this in today and my husband and I had to try it out. Its only the first day but it works great! I was a little reluctant on buying because of the price but the ice comes out great!!

Failed to work
Received today, couldn’t get it to work and returned. It wouldn’t freeze the water.
