Expensive but worth it
I was very worried about spending so much money on crab legs delivered through the mail. It's not hard to find reviews about flaky companies and bad experiences. But I couldn't find good crab legs locally anywhere. We had an extra special occasion that made the expense worth it - as long as they were delivered OK. I felt like I was rolling dice with a lot of money. I was happy to see that they were shipped promptly the morning after I ordered. Then... my heart sunk. There was a delay from the shipper. Fortunately it was a small delay (it was delivered late afternoon rather than morning). On arrival, the box was in perfect shape and they were expertly packed. The included dry ice had sublimated away, but the gel packs were still frozen. The crab legs were still frozen solid, and were definitely colossal, even bigger than the photos. On top of that, they were pre-cut which made them so much easier to eat-- I don't think this was in the description. I had too many to steam on the stove, so I baked them about 25 minutes at 375 F in a couple covered 9x13 pans with a bit of water. They cooked up perfectly and OMG these crab legs were so fresh and DELICIOUS. They were the hit of the party. It's too bad crab is becoming so wildly expensive, I can't do this often. But I'm glad I ordered these from OceanZen. Highly recommended.

Crab leg from hell, $800 worth very disappointed
You sent me a very low grade product this time of crab legs. They were a whole different kind not like what I have gotten in the past I paid almost $800 for these crab legs and it’s a shame that when they came to the door, there were nothing like what I had before. I am very disappointed. I wish I could’ve had made a video, but I had to serve these as soon as they came to the door, but just to let you know I have bent over $2000 with you guys within the last year and a half and for you to do it like this I am very disappointed. Great King Crab and Customer Servive.
Customer service was fantastic... Had a Fed Ex issue and they were ready to fix the problem to make our dinner meal possible. 3rd year ordering and the crab are outstanding.
