ParragonColoring with Water Dinosaurs Reusable Paint with Water Book for Toddlers

I first purchased these for 2nd grandson, one so normal crayon marks would not make to walls, furniture etc… but they can keep coloring over and over again!!!So…I bought more for my now 3rd grandson and he loves them just as well!! Can’t wait till my 4th grandson is old enough to enjoy them, he to will have these from gamma!!

I was excited to try this "coloring" book out - as I've had a different one in the past and it's been wonderful to travel with. However, I was a bit disappointed by the delay in time it takes for the water to reveal the picture below.... the left "blurry" part of the photo attached is after a few seconds. It took about 20-30 seconds for the picture to appear for us. Maybe it was the colder temperature of the page? I'd first tried it immediately after it arrived from the delivery and it was cold (47 degrees) outside today. SO - I tried it again after it'd been inside for a few hours and came to "room temperature". It did reveal quicker - but still not as fast as other products we've had in the past of this nature. It took about 8 minutes to "dry" back to white after we were finished coloring - and go a little faster if you wipe the excess water from the page before you set it to dry.That said, the pages are extremely endearing and I like the interaction of the top of the page (backside of the page before it)The product came to me damaged - the case for the water pen ripped off the front of the cover since it was shipped with other items in a box. I'll just glue it back, so no big deal - but it's worth mentioning if you were planning on shipping this blind to your recipient - especially with other items in the shipment. I probably wouldn't ship this blind to someone... or at least warn their parent that if the front rips off, to just glue it back on because it really is a handy container for the pen between uses.

My 2 and 7 year old love coloring in this book. No mess, no clean up, I love it.

I have multiple of these “magic water paint” books and this is the lowest quality one. The picture isn’t as clear as my other ones and you can only color certain parts of the pictures. My other ones have the whole page changing but this one only has certain spots on the page that are white and change color.

Works well with little mess. The hidden images appear quickly with water and are covered right back up once they are dry. It's nice to have a few of these in the car for longer drives.

It’s the most interesting coloring book we got. It’s very educational, plus it leaves no mess.It’s interesting and entertaining for kids , I’d say from around 1 years old, since they can actually hold the pen and interact with you by finding certain objects. But all kids are different and it’s never late to use this coloring book. You can definitely play with your kid or leave them to play alone without worrying they will make a huge mess . Also this book is reusable and can be used again and again for those kiddos who love to show how much they know already! Definitely recommend it. Price is great! Can be used as a present !Not sure how long it will last though… have to update later on.

I got this for my three-year old and she's entertained by it for a longer time than coloring with markers or crayons. It "paints" as well as the name brand, but I did notice that the color dries much more quickly, and the white when it is dry is not as opaque as other brands. I do wish there were more parts of each page to color, but she seems perfectly satisfied with it. I think if she were older she may find it a bit boring.
