I recently picked up a 6 Pack of Heavy Duty Shelf Brackets to mount a new shelf in my office specifically for my wrestling figure collection. Made from stainless steel and finished in a sleek black, these brackets provide the robust support needed to hold up my treasured collectibles securely. They're straightforward in design and function, blending seamlessly into the office decor while doing exactly what they're meant to: keeping my shelf and figures safely in place.While these brackets are nothing extraordinary in terms of innovation or aesthetic flair, they have proven to be entirely reliable for my needs. The installation process was simple, and once set up, they offered a solid foundation without any wobble or concern of giving way under the weight of my figures. I'm giving them four stars because, although they are effectively nondescript and utilitarian in their job, they are exactly what I needed to ensure my figures are displayed without any hassle. For anyone in need of dependable shelving support that doesn’t distract from the items it holds, these brackets are a solid choice.

I'm doing some DIY around my home and was looking for some shelf brackets to support a shelf for my dog walking equipment, these brackets are just what I needed.The brackets are made of very strong stainless steel, in a square tubing design. Making the brackets really strong to allow up to 30kg, which makes them high weight brackets. They are finished in a great smooth powder coating and paint finished, making the brackets not only a great looking modern design but also scratch-resistant. These brackets arrived well packaged in individual bags within a cardboard box.The Brackets are very well made. The welding of the square tube to the flat bracket support plate is so neatly done. There are no sharp edges and the black powder coating is a nice finish.The challenge with these brackets is that the support plate is short compared to the length of the tube, so any heavy objects on the shelf will apply a cantilever force and try to pull out the (topmost) wall fixing screws. The vendors have recognised this and have included very long screws 60mm/2.5" with matching strong wall plugs but you'll still need a firm fixing to the wall.For my use and review purposes, I knocked up a quick and dirty chipboard shelf. The 'wall' is in a loft extension dormer with just 9mm plasterboard laid on 18mm ply, beyond which is insulation. So, the screw needed to bite well and hold firm in the 18mm ply.I used M4x40mm (#8x1.5") screws because any longer would just be 'hanging' in insulation. The screws bit well and fixed the shelf securely. I used the supplied 30mm screws to fix the brackets to the chipboard. Note that the square tube is not very thick gauge because the screw heads formed their own countersink in the metal (see pic), which I don't mind as the heads then sit flush. The metal/bracket is plenty strong enough though.To test my handiwork, I loaded up the shelves with 10KG (two 5KG dumbells - see pic) and the shelf held well. I expect you'll needed stronger, deeper fixings than my efforts if you wanted to support the claimed '30KG per two brackets' - hence the huge supplied screws...At the time of ordering, the brackets were £16.99, which was good value. They've since dropped to £9.99, which is great value - way cheaper than many shelf bracket offerings that aren't so attractive.Part of the product description says they're 'stainless steel'. I've been using these to add extra shelf space in my home office, and yeah they do what they say on the listing, They have been able to hold everything I've thrown at them. And at £11 for 6 in total they are a great price too.I'll be ordering more of these once I can get down to the wood merchants to get some more wood for the shelves. Very impressed.
