I sit on the couch, put on the massager, and after 15 minutes, it’s as if I’ve rebooted. The heat and vibrations work wonders: the muscles relax, and the pain goes away.I would like to note separately the quality of the device. It is made reliably, the materials are top-notch, and charging is fast and convenient. The massager fully corresponds to the description and is worth the money. I purchased this product hoping it will work for me but unfortunately it has not improved anything in my knee.The machine looks great but the straps are to short and will fit someone with very thin legs. The Velcro does not work well and comes undone. It vibrates for sure but I don’t feel much heat nor do I feel any relief from the infrared light. I’m not sure if it even has the infrared light in it.So far it has not improved anything in my knee.Not worth the money!
