The T9 was designed for affordability without compromising Torgoen's quality and design. It has a Swiss GMT movement manufactured by Ronda that allows to set the GMT hand to a different time zone, which in the case of a professional pilot would be the Greenwich Mean Time or GMT. This ability makes it a perfect fit for the world traveler or for anyone that has a friend or a family member in a different time zone. The case is made from high grade solid stainless steel with screw-down stainless-steel curved back. The T9 has a high quality mineral crystal and vintage Italian leather was used for the straps. Our quality control team performs various wear-and-tear tests that include stressing the straps and spring-bars, submitting 100% of the watches to 10 ATM (100 meters) pressure in water tanks. The T9 design continues with the Torgoen ergonomic high readability and contrast that was inspired by the avionics in cockpits with great non-radioactive luminescence, visible for 8 hours in complete darkness (after charging with light during the day). This model is a great piece to start your Torgoen collection. Boasting all the right features, this watch is a great timepiece that will last

Good watch but wrong color
It is a nice watch but the color is not the same as in the picture. The band is more of a teal color and the dial is more light yellow in color. The watch seems to be well made and I haven't had any issues with it yet but if you really want a blue watch band this might be an issue.

Solid watch
Solid watch….I think of it as a Swiss timex only better….takes a licking and keeps on ticking…..I work in mining and exposure to dust(iron ore) welding and cleaning solvents are regular…went to a car show and some snob asked about my watch and snorted when I said what I paid..I rebuilt the engine in this car wearing this watch…wouldn’t do that with a Rolex would you?

Bought Despite Mixed Reviews -- Fine, So Far
FOR the price, FOR a GMT timepiece, this seems to be an excellent option. "Swiss Movement" -- to the extent it's relevant -- is a nice bonus.I wanted an affordable GMT to wear while traveling so I wouldn't worry about damaging or losing it. So far, so good. The watch looks great as long as you want a tool watch aesthetic. It wears somewhat larger than the dimensions on paper, I think due to a relatively chunky case depth and bold numbering. Far from a complaint as watches in this range tend to skew quite small, often wearing closer to a unisex watch size.Again, we don't know how it will hold up but as of a few days into ownership I'm quite pleased. If this watch makes it six months without major issue, I'll come back and update to 5 stars.

Junk
Lasted about 18 months. The gasket on the watch back is very flimsy and stretches out of shape and is not reusable. so change the battery and the gasket is gone. Died after three months of a new battery. Very cheaply made.
