Very sturdy, looks elegant and can’t tell it’s not a part of my fireplace.
Great purchase, just make sure you mark where the slots are or else you’ll be thumbing around trying to figure out where to drill the screws.

5 stars ⭐️ well worth the price
Holy moly this was an upgrade from our old mantel! I can’t believe it took me this long to finally order (3 week) - I tried sanding and staining our old one and it was too intricate to get all the grooves so I gave up and ordered this one. Such great quality, very light weight, came with all the hardware needed and took me 5 min to hang. I installed it on our brick fireplace. This was by far the best purchase I made to upgrade our fireplace besides painting brick. 5 stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now to clean the brick residue and touch up paint.

High quality mount
This is my second time installing a mantel. I was originally concerned about this one because it didn’t have screws to secure the mantel to the mount. After installing, I realized that securing screws weren’t necessary and the mantel sits perfectly level and flush and will not be able to slide off the mount. It is well manufactured and a tight fit…. It’s perfect!
