Price was right for a food sealer

The media could not be loaded. I love this thing. Have used it on hamburger meat and deli sliced turkey, worked great. The instructions aren't the greatest but its fairly easy to figure out. I have a video here showing the process I went through to seal dried food.It also comes with a hose attachment to seal ziplock bags that are meant for it, I believe. Have not gotten to try that. But otherwise I really like this product. It even came with a roll of plastic and a few sandwich style bags to seal food. Was great for the review instead of having to buy some separate.I plan on mainly using it for onions and other veggies that I do not use 100% of when I make a meal.

My main issue with this vacuum sealer is that "dry" seal means absolutely dry; there can be no moisture content at all. I often find myself selecting dry for an item like fresh corn on the cob, and then it does not seal because I should have used the moist option.I'm also not impressed by the bag cutter, which is a hassle to use.Otherwise, it is a nice vacuum sealer. It comes with both a roll of bags and a set of smaller preformed bags, plus a vacuum hose to seal vacuum jars. I wish it stored more of its own accessories; only the roll of bags has internal storage. It's also not powerful enough to vacuum out a mylar storage bag for long-term food storage.Overall, it's nice, but basic.

I love using this to help me prolong the freshness of the meats I buy! I love being able to use this as often as I do. It performs and seals everything perfectly and without issue. It's nice and easy to use and doesn't take up too much real estate. Overall, a nice choice that is beginner friendly!

It seals before it even vacuums. I missed my 30 day window due to something that I needed to have, but did not use immediately. It seals, but does not vacuum and the piece of foam comes out after each use.I owned a food saver for 11 years, and it finally quit on me and after much research I bought OSEYM. It did not have any negative reviews, I thought I would give it a try.It was a complete waste of $100 for something that does not work.I didn’t even want to give it one star since it is garbage.

Last year I had a lot of spoilage and wasted produce I had grown because the shelf life is very short. I got the OSEYM Food Vacuum Sealer Machine to prepare for this year's harvest. It will also help seal and store items purchased from the grocery store.The food vacuum sealer is smaller than the ones I have seen in the grocery store but it is very powerful. It was very easy to setup and comes with supplies such as vacuum bags and a sample roll. The vacuum works on 110V and connects using the included power cable. There is also a suction tube which works with Ziploc bags and containers than have the vacuum port.I did a couple sample runs but need to practice some more because I was not confident about the seal on the finished bags. The manual is okay for setting up but the instructions to do the actual runs is not there. I will have to watch some videos online to understand how to use this machine correctly so that the food is really preserved and safe for storage.

This little machine has revolutionized my meal prep routine! It's incredibly powerful and easy to use, sealing everything perfectly and keeping my food fresh for so much longer. A true kitchen game-changer.

I read the instructions from front to back and still have issues getting a good seal. The best I can do is about 3 of 5 seals (2 of 5 don't seal), with some tips I'll share. Tips:1. Absolutely clean and dry the outside and inside of the bag where you intend to seal.2. Avoid any pockets of air on the inside of gathered food, whether inside or behind the food.3. Pull the edges of the bag tight across the seal and vacuum chamber. Any kind of folds will not seal.4. If your food is wet or moist in any way, use the wet vacuum and seal setting. The dry setting is for bone dry stuff like uncooked pasta.Even with the "moist vacuum and seal" setting, wetness from the contents of the bag will leak into the vacuum chamber as it sucks the air out. It's not a lot, but enough that it will need to be cleaned every time. The vacuum chamber is not the easiest space to clean.With all that said, this is a very convenient and worthwhile kitchen tool. I use it for sous vide cooking. The package comes with a few accessories I'm glad I have now: an extra seal gasket, pump hose (for manual vacuuming), 5 bags, a big roll of plastic to select-a-size bags, date stickers, and a little marker for writing the date and contents on the bags.
