I really like taking this probiotic. Helps keep me regular and helps me with bloating.

I have used Natures Bounty Probiotic for several years and found it does what it is meant to do. I found it to be unavailable in stores during pandemic but discovered I could preorder through Amazon through their plan and I don't have to go looking for it anymore since it is mailed to me automaticly every 4 wks. I recommend both the plan and the Natures Bounty.

I had really low expectations about this stuff, but it was an impulse buy at the grocery store and I was really surprised at the results. This stuff really helps me curb my appetite. I don't really have a very effective system where my body tells me I'm full, but when I take this, I'm much less hungry all the time. I was shocked at how much it actually changed how much I would graze over the course of the day. I was expecting it to be some homeopathic BS that's all in your head, but it's actually helping me out.The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that it seems to really drop in potency over time. The feeling I get from the first dose is much more profound than #30. If I could subscribe to get a fresh 15 capsule bottle every 2 weeks, I'd do it. I bought 2x30 cap bottles initially and the 2nd bottle didn't affect me as much as the 1st, but this order gave me that same feeling I got from the first one, so I'm guessing shelf life is very important.
