Not working properly
The media could not be loaded. I contacted customer service told them the slave cylinder was not working properly they told me to loosen guide shafts and retighten did not work now they say problem solved it is still not working properly needs a gas spring slave cylinder

Good quality.
This is a very nice bench-top press. It will do everything that I need it to do. I gave it a 4 star due to the assembly. Though it's not too difficult to figure out how to attach all of the extra parts in the box, it would be nice to have a simple one-page assembly chart. The parts diagram can be hard to follow but that's all there is to work with.

No Assembly Instructions
The machine works great, but the instructions are awful.

Well, you get what you pay for. Just another Chinese piece of junk. Table and guides won't even accept standard 2x4 or 4x4 lumber without modification
