It doesn’t smudge once it’s set. Very pigmented and the color pays out true to the picture. Love 😘❤️

No tugging, easy to apply

I looked inside the tube, and just like another reviewer said, it was empty. I tried twisting the pen all the way to see if it was just melted/stuck at the bottom but nope, just tiny gross bits and smudges of broken brown residue. I was essentially sold an empty plastic tube. I’m returning for a refund because this is just ridiculous. I’ve ordered the same product on other sites before, and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. All I can say is that I’m disappointed.

I’ve tried many top selling liners, but they all smudge for my sensitive, watery eyes. This holds well for my oily eye lids. I’ve used for over a couple months now and it’s great!

This doesn't run and is great on my hooded lids. The small tip is easy to manage.

Thought it was the liquid liner
