Great couch for the price. I wanted to wait awhile before giving a review. I ordered this couch in April and it’s done its job so far. Before ordering I was hesitant due to the reviews about it not fluffing all the way but I didn’t have that issue. I left the parts out for 3 days before assembling and had no issue with them fluffing. Some parts even did it the first day.The only issue I have is the cushions not staying in place. There’s Velcro for the seating pieces but it isn’t super strong. As for the back, there’s no Velcro and those move a lot as well. I plan to order a stronger Velcro to fix it.Other than that, it was super easy to assemble, I did it by myself (5’6 woman). It’s not too firm but is soft enough to relax. There is enough space to slide a storage bin under if needed. And as for the material? It cleans pretty well. My baby has used crayon, pen and lots of food to decorate it and it just comes off with a baby/clorox wipe.If you’re looking for a good couch without spending a lot, this is definitely a must buy !

This couch is perfect for those getting an apartment for the first time. Its not too heavy to carry. i always disliked having heavy couches because when you need to move its a hassle. The fabric is really soft and if you move one whole piece from the side and put it to the front. Then cover it with a blanket you just made a whole queen sizes bed. We were sleeping on this for 2 weeks until out mattress arrived. Couch is pretty sturdy and not really firm but soft. Its easy to build as well.

This sectional is actually pretty good for the price point.. it’s sturdy, nice color, pretty good size and comfortable enough.. it’s not plush by any means and I’m glad I read other reviews and ordered a bag of poly fil to stuff the back pillows because they are literally flat, but adding poly fil helped a ton. They are plush enough now to support someone leaning on them. Assembly was easy enough even tho they only send the asian style instructions that have a picture and you figure out what they mean by it.. it must drive the cost up tremendously for companies to actually print words on the paper because just about every item I bought for my son’s new apartment that had to be assembled did not have written instructions, just pictures with numbers and arrows. That’s annoying but this couch in particular wasn’t hard to assemble, took about an hour and a half from boxes open to boxes in trash. It comes in 3 separate boxes with all items vacuum sealed inside, I ordered it on the 19th and it wasn’t supposed to arrive until between the 23rd and 26th but it came on the 21st. I recommend it for a starter piece or young adult just starting out.

Okay, overall the couch is great for the price.The setup was pretty easy and quick and I did it alone. (Female)The couch itself is very soft and looks amazing. It is low to the ground and the back cushions are not super sturdy but we have ours against the wall so that doesn’t matter much.The cushions move A LOT so we had to buy some Velcro strips and that helps a lot.As for the delivery, oh man I would give 0 stars for that. First and foremost my couch came super quick and only 2/3 boxes came. I waited for the third box before even trying to set it up because of the return policy.They shipped me 1 box that was the completely wrong couch. Wrong color and fabric.Their customer service is terrible. They take DAYS to respond to one single message so my problem took almost 2 weeks to resolve! They ended up sending the correct one after weeks of back and forth and then ignoring me until Amazon stepped in. They told me to keep the other couch part and dispose of it myself since I wasn’t able to bring it anywhere. I mean that’s cool and all but I just am going to donate it because there’s barely enough parts for it to be beneficial to me.Couch is super pretty and super great for the price but the shipping and customer service was TERRIBLE. Would never buy from them again due to this.

Love this couch! It came earlier than expected by a day I. Three boxes. I'm fifty plus and was able to get it into my apartment and put it together myself. It's soft and comfortable. Great for the price. I did buy extra filler and will probably swap out the two foam pieces from the two middle back cushions. They seem a bit to stiff because of those square inserts ( they do co.e with loose filler in between tho). Grateful I can unzip and wash if needed. So happy I bought this couch. If your on the fence do it!

It was delivered all at once in three boxes, took me about an hour and half to unbox and put together myself, very easy to put together. Love the color and the style. Feels good, I did get some poly fill and I’m happy I did , it helped fill it in and give it a little more life. I think you’d be fine without doing that but I take a lot of naps on my couch so I wanted it to be more filled out. Would buy again.
