SO easy to use! Works well. Use code and thumb print. Control from phone very easily. Great price! Easy to set up and connect.

UPDATE (5/5/2025): The manufacturer reached out to me via email and after some time communicating back and forth, they sent me a new lock. The results? It is NIGHT AND DAY. This new lock behaves exactly they way it should. It is too soon to tell how the batteries will last which explains the 4 stars, but so far I am satisfied. The customer service was great; U-Tec (specifically Savy) was quick to correct the situation because frankly, I was frustrated, upset and at a loss. I am super grateful.ORIGINAL: I purchased this lock with the handle on 1/27/2025.It is now 3/16/2025. The batteries have died THREE TIMES since the date of purchase. It does not connect to my wifi, my Bluetooth sometimes works....and when I say sometimes, it mostly doesn't.I'm so disappointed. I loved the supposed features but I have not been able to reap the benefits of it. The auto lock/unlock doesn't work, my fingerprints are hardly recognized and even when I type in a code, the deadbolt sometimes does not open. Did I get a dud?? This lock was supposed to simplify things for me but it really just made things more difficult.

Great lock. We enjoy the capability of auto locking our door when we leave and entering with a fingerprint when we come back.

I had to laugh, it took 3 times longer to uninstall the old lock than install the Ultraloc. The Ultraloc is solid no cheap stamped metal. Serious about home security? BUY IT!

I would really like to increase the rating on my review, but I can't get the interior assembly screwed into the mounting plate because of the super long channels and teeny tiny screws it requires. The model number isn't listed on this listing, and the SKU number doesn't return any results on their support page (SKU UUL-BOLT-F-W-NK), so that's made finding the right installation video needlessly difficult, and the videos for similar models clearly have better design for this particular part of the installation.My call to the support line was returned at the end of the day, which - while not interrupting me at work - happened during a dinner I had to rush to get to because I'd been trying to complete the install and I was unable to take it.Most everything else about the installation process has done smoothly (the installation QR Code for the lever didn't work). I'd love to see if this product is as good as I'd hoped when I bought it, but it's not-installable at the moment, and it would be nice to get a lock on my door.
