the chair is for taller people i use two stiff pillows and it works great! I am about 5' 10" ireally like this chair i have Fibromyaligia and it is a life saver for me the heat is great . controls work very well, easy to use staright forward . amazon and UPS had the both boxes here 7 days ahead of time ! UPS was great the handle the boxs with care and left on my poarch ! this chair is super nice . im pleased i did not spend 6 grand on a higher end chair !

This was purchased as a gift for a recovering cancer patient, but has become a destination for anyone with aches and pains. Warning, it can work you over, but has good instructions to create custom sessions to tone it down. It's comfortable to set in, and can accommodate big and tall passengers. It came in two shipments, and is easy to set up. You have to connect the air fittings, electrical connections, and hex screws for the arm rests. A spare set of hands is helpful, but not required. It's a substantial piece of furniture, and its footprint is similar to a recliner. I didn't measure the cord, but there's more than enough to reach an outlet. It's definitely being enjoyed, it's proven to be therapeutic, and under those circumstances, I'll call it a bargain.

I'm so disappointed with this chair. After reading all the reviews and researching carefully, this seemed like a good chair at a good price. But the proportions are all off.I am an average height woman (5'5") and when I'm sitting in the chair, the part that is marked " back" is massaging the back of head and it's painful! It gives me a headache! So, I put a pillow on the seat to raise me up. This helped line up that back massager closer to my neck, but now my arms don't reach the arm slots!Also, the shoulder cushions do nothing. They don't line up with your shoulders at all and they don't even reach your shoulders anyway.Not to mention, this chair was extremely difficult to put together. The instructions suck and the video is helpful, but it moves too fast and doesn't show any closeups where you need to see some of the connections.* Edited to add even more because I'm hoping to return it. The foot section is at such a harsh 90 degree ankle that it puts strain on your calves.This chair actually makes me more uncomfortable after use!*Edited again - I am trying to return it but Amazon won't give me money back and I can't take the chair apart. Pieces are stuck together. They can't even find this company to contact them. It's a scam. Do not buy this chair.

This chair is amazing! Comfortable, the Bluetooth speakers work flawlessly with great audio quality, and the heat function is a lifesaver. I love it!

I love this full body massage chair. I use it every single day as do many of my friends specially when I’ve had a really stressful day, I’m able to relax and I suffer from chronic pain and this has helped me . If you’re looking to buy a good massage chair I highly recommend this one.

We absolutely love this massage chair. Especially the zero gravity part! It is so relaxing for the whole body! Great to use after a long day to relax and wind down. The material is sturdy and soft.

The neck rollers barley touch my neck, the shoulder air bags don't touch my shoulders either. I have to sit in odd positions and move around to the chair which defeats the purpose. Also half the lighted key pad never worked so have to have the lights on to see it. I'm pretty normal size 5 10 200 lbs too. Menards one for 100.00 more would have been a much better purchase.
