Great project
Awesome product I bought two. One for the house shop and one for the hangar. The only complaint is the magnets have cracked but they still function well.

Nice Jaw Inserts
I like these things! I’ve seen the jaws that have all the grooves and notches and I’m sure they’re very handy, but these have a simple crosshatch and perform well. The magnets keep them in place when the jaws are separated and/or rotated. I would like have another set for holding round stock, these really aren’t for that.

they protect well
works well but the magnets could be alittle stronger

Perfect, Good Quality.
I should have bought these years ago. I finally used them today. Saved me $60 on project I was working on which was made out of plastic. I used these vise jaw protective covers and I had no breaking or marring the threads, perfect. You don't need them until you need them. So go ahead and get yourself a set. You will thank yourself later.

Magnets are small and weak.
The magnets are way too weak to properly keep the vice jaw protectors in place. One of the magnets fell out of the Jaw Pad. I will get some stronger magnets at the hardware store and replace these. Otherwise, I like the pads.

Nice addition to any vise.
The magnets help keep the jaws in place and you don't realize how many times you need something "soft" when mounting items in a metal vise.

Magnet works well
I use these in my small vice to hold the barrels of my dismantled handguns while cleaning the bore. The material is just soft enough to not damage the barrels, while firm enough to hold them securely while pulling brushes and mops through the bores. The magnets keep the grips from falling when the vice is open. And these were relatively inexpensive. So I'm happy with them.

Magnetics fall off an brake
Junk , if the magnet falls off an u can't find the tiny thing it's just junk .the jaw has to stay in place to do crap w it so in my opinion loosing a magnet an the loosing another then one braking. This is a big no for me.This happend on one small project. Js
