What do i do if a pieces is broken

is this the mech on the box?

Yes and this is a building kit which includes the instruction book and all the pieces for you to build the Mech.

Can the Mech's hands attach to it's sword and Weapons?

It has a sorta grip, but it struggled to hold mine. I did a upgraded hand based off many popular lego mechs and made a slightly longer sword for mine.
