So in the past year I've gone from playing once a month or so, to golfing three to four times a week and on a good weekend I'll get in 36 holes if I can. In this process I've gone through several putters and grip styles as well. I've gone from a stock ping-style grip, to a large "Super" on my current putter in the bag. I have some older putters that needed a new grip so I gave this a shot. I would call this a medium sized grip and I like it quite well on my practice putter at home. It's larger than stock, but smaller in diameter than the "Super". I like the feel in my hands and it contours very well to my natural grip which I appreciate. The material feels good, but slightly lighter weight than the name-brand version, which doesn't surprise me considering the price. If you're on the fence about spending aa bunch of money on a new style and just want to test, or you want to upgrade an older inexpensive putter, this is a perfect way to accomplish that. I decided on my generic blade putter, which I use in my office to practice. I have a very good pro shop at my course and they swapped out for free, so no comment on installation, but the installer their told me it's definately not the worst grip he ever installed, and really comlimented the look of the putter as well. At half the price of a big name grip, this will do nicely for anyone who wants a simple upgrade without breaking the bank.
