I cannot overstate how helpful this product is. I had tied everyone including other probiotics abs this is finally what consistently helped me get back to normal. One review says there’s side affects. Take after a meal if you’re worried about a stomach ache. Never been a problem for me.I take with other probiotics as well, the refrigerated kind and I’m completely back to normal (took a solid month, pun intended). Don’t get discouraged if it takes several weeks to notice a difference. Initially it might be slightly less explosive, or less urgent and then one day you’ll be pleasantly surprised that you can skip your Imodium that day. I’m completely off of that now, by the way. Did not work at all for me. I found better probiotics that work by Microbiome Labs

I have only been taking this for a few days, so we’ll see how I feel after a few weeks, but so far it seems to be helping a little bit. I was looking for a good probiotic so the fact that it’s for IBS is really great for me! Easy to swallow and no taste

I have experienced stomach issues for the better part of my life and have tried so many products. I had this product in my cart for a while and was reluctant of purchasing due to the fact that I have tried so many that have been unsuccessful and it was money wasted. I have only been using this product for a few weeks and I am already seeing great results. I get nervous going out to eat or trying new foods so I rarely do because I don't know how my body will react to it. This product has given me the confidence to leave my house and not worry about having to run to the restroom. I will check back in and write another review in 30 days to give an update but so far this has been the only product that has remotely been beneficial to me. I definitely give this product 5 stars, if I could give more I would. If you are on the fence of purchasing like I was, I definitely recommend you give it a try.

I actually bought this for my dad who has chronic diarrhea and within just a week he says he can already tell a slight difference. So we are hoping in time it’ll prove to be more effective. Will update once I hear more

I’ve been dealing with this for over 25 years. I can’t tell you how many products I’ve tried with limited success. The best thing I’ve found is managing my diet and avoiding trigger foods and some benefit with supplements. However, even with good maintenance just about anytime I ate out I would have to use the restroom. I recognize everyone’s symptoms vary and some are even more severe than mine; I could at least leave the house.With that said, I was always aware of where I was going, who I was going with, what I was going to be eating and of course the bathroom situation.After taking this product for 4 days. No change. On day 5 I noticed I was normal. For me, this is very rare, but it occasionally happens.For the following week I had some good days and some bad.By the end of the two weeks I had stabilized to what I would say is “close” to a normal person.Currently I have symptoms a few times a week. That is a huge change for me!The biggest change is I’m still used to having to go to the bathroom every time I go to a restaurant; it almost feels odd! I’ve been so used to it for so long I think I haven’t reprogrammed my brain.I’m so glad I tried this product. I can’t say enough. I really hope others can find the same relief.
