The size chart didn't make much sense because it lists chest and length measurements as the criteria for determining your size. All of my underwear are large, so that's what I ordered and they are very tight. I don't really have an ideal shape at 6' and 217#, but they did not conform too well either. Maybe if I can lose 15 pounds or so they might be a better fit, but I was a bit disappointed. It did not fit well up into the crotch but the legs were fine and there was no riding up. The waist band was not too comfortable with the rubber strips. They didn't fit as high as the picture, and they rolled down as soon as I let go. I admit these are the first pair of underwear that I've tried like this, so I didn't know what to expect, but sadly they don't work for my body type. I would need a very slender waist for them to fit properly, but if I had a slender waist, I would not be trying tummy control underwear LOL. The quality is very good though, and I'll give them another shot if I lose a few pounds over the summer, and thank you so much for letting me try them, I appreciate it.

This fit true to size and really helps shape and suck in my gut. I was surprised at how comfortable this was to wear. i thought it would be noticeable or obtrusive, but I completely forgot I was wearing it all day.

Ovnshery Shorts remind me of compression socks. I knew that they wouldn’t change me from being a pot-bellied man to the well-toned man shown in the product descriptions before-and-after pictures. They do, however, serve to firm my body. Although doing nothing for shoulder posture, I found myself standing straighter with my shoulders thrown back. No laundering instructions were included in Ovnshery’s packaging, but, like compression socks, I washed them in cold water and hung them to dry. Dryer heat can be unfriendly to a blended nylon/spandex material. Over time, the product loses elasticity.The sizing chart wasn’t helpful. Not being sure what size to order, I decided to stick with my normal size, medium. While I’m used to wearing compression socks for speed walking, I was surprised at how tight these shorts fit. They’re just on the edge of comfortability, but I can wear them. The selling vendor suggested that, if unsure about the size, go up one. Based on my experience, I think that is good advice and would have resulted in me enjoying a better fit.These shorts improved my physical presentation and reminded me of what could naturally be accomplished by losing weight and engaging in regular exercise.

My weight fluctuates by ten pounds. Usually before and after any of the holidays. I don't think of that as much of a problem, but I've noticed the older I get the 10-pound fluctuation has been moving slowly upward. In addition to that (or maybe because of that) my back seems to bother me more often than I want, so when it is a pain, I have a support belt I strap on. All of that helps, but when I use my support belt, it is noticeable under my shirts. I thought I would give this a try. Well, it isn't very noticeable when I am wearing it. It does give a little bit of support for my back. And if I know it is going to be a special occasion and there will be pictures being taken, I don't have to worry as much about "sucking in my gut"

This does a great job with tummy control, especially given the high waistband. Some slimming boxer briefs like this don't go high enough, but these do. I really like how they hold me in just a bit so I'm not as bulgy as I otherwise would be. I don't think this is the best thing to wear under a tight shirt, but it does a decent job of making you look better in a button up. Overall, great fit, feel, and function. Definitely Recommend.
