Revised review. Having purchased sin of these wifi plugs, after having bought several other wifi smart sockets in the past, I thought these wifi plugs were the best based on dependability and ease of set up at the time. Well after several months of daily use, three have failed on me already. The plugs are dead, no light, no life, no power, useless paperweights! I first thought it was a power load issue that created the failures and perhaps I put in some device that the plug could handle the power load... Three lamps!?! The third plug failure convinced me it's the device, not the power load. Now I'm out the cost for these plugs and won't replace them with the same company. Avoid if possible as the plugs die after several months.

Well these little plugs are awesome! Took a little time to figure out how to get the 1st one to connect with WI-FI. But after 15 minutes of monkeying around, I got it to connect. I bought four plugs to start to see if they were as promised. Got the remaining 3 plugs up and running in 5 minutes. Now we can operate lamps right from our devices from anywhere.After setting up on my IPhone, I then set up the wife’s phone to operate the plug. Took 5 minutes.Once the steps to connect are fully understood, making more connections with other devices was very easy. I just ordered 6 more.Very well thought out item.

The plugs worried really well. The easy method of setting up the WiFi did not work for me, and it took a bit trying to set up the WiFi the longer way, because it took a few tries to get them connected to the home network. The firmware on one of the two plugs failed and the plug had to be resynced to the WiFi and upgraded again. But after all that, it was straightforward to set it up in Alexa, and get it all working. Pretty good. Could be a bit cheaper :-)

They work well with the app and with Google home or Alexa. The only problem is they don't work well with high power devices. I checked the products Max power output and saw that it was ok to use with a small space heater I have. The plug started smoking and smelled like burned plastic. I'm just happy my house didn't burn down

5 Stars across the board. I purchased one of these a while back and decided to get some more for other areas of the house. They work GREAT. They are easy to install and integrate and work very well with the app and Alexa. Great Buy

I used four of these when I was on a trip. I only had one problem getting my phone to recognize these, and set them up. Had to plug it in closer to the router, then put it where I wanted it once it was recognized. Set up multiple schedules for the lights to turn on and off to simulate someone being home. Will use again on my next trip.

We bought 10 of these so that we can control lights with google home. They work great. Setup is reasonably easy of you are technically minded.

These plugs work great. They are easy to set up and worked great for our Christmas Tree and decorative lights.
