Does the job perfectly without breaking the bank! Aesthetically pleasing and matches the color scheme of my setup. Very stable, and versatile.One side fit snug and the other a little looser on the rod, I just took my $1 super glue to one side to secure it. Complete non-issue. Can also hold my keyboard for work! It’s not one of those metal stands you have you have to assemble each time that take up a bunch of room. Very happy with my purchase!

This was so nice and useful I never got to use it! (The first one at least!) My wife loved using it so much I ordered another one right away and gave her the first one. Both are great. I use mine to hold my laptop vertically in "desktop" mode. She uses hers horizontally as a riser to lift the laptop. It is equally useful both ways and is a quality piece.

Well built. Bought a bamboo tray and mounted it on mine to make an angled stand for a small powered chop saw. Angle works perfectly to see the blade while cutting items. Probably would work fine as a laptop holder as well.

Easy to assemble. Looks nice and works great.

great product for the price, doesn't smell like formaldehydes like many cheap chinese woods do. removing one star because the rod is not stable (easily pushes through) without using some sort of wood glue. removing another star because after doing this, the stand is not portable at all. the designer really should've made the rod larger and tapered the rod ends.

I bought this because I needed a way to use my laptop on my desk. I looked at other laptop stands, they were too big or simply not a good shape for my small desk. I wanted a stand that was like a shelf, so I could have my laptop on top and anything else (my other screen) beneath it. But I could not find something that worked well.So I stumbled upon vertical laptop "stands" (theyre not stands rather they are holders like the ones for folders) and even though they're designed to hold a laptop when it's closed, I thought "What if I used it to hold my laptop while it's open?". This product was the only one (well this one and the other Chinese copies) that was tall enough to even look like it could support an opened laptop where the weight is distributed in a wider area. All the other holders were very small. So now I have my laptop in the thing, raised safely(?) above and behind by other screen.The product itself, I wonder why it's made of wood. Sure wood is more eco-friendly but plastic or metal is the norm. The box it came in was kind of smashed and crumpled but the product itself was in good condition (I assume these dont really sell much so they just sit in the back of storage getting beaten on). Easy to assemble theoretically, but the stick got stuck in one hole and was slipping easily through another hole. So I had to hammer it through one side and the other side might slip out some day.But works fine for me, as the only solution to my small desk problem. My desk is too thick for a display arm, too short for an additional 27" monitor (probably wont even fit a 24"). My second monitor is a small portable one designed for laptops. My laptop Im using like a second PC (not another screen).

It is what it says and shows. The quality is really nice and is easy to assemble. It is sturdy and stable.

The media could not be loaded. Works great to levitate my work laptop. Now it can work like a monitor and I don't have to hunch so forward to read things on the laptop screen. The angle is perfect
