Very quiet no beeping, my neighbour purchased 2 of these for last year because my old ones were hurting his children's ears! As they were so good I decided to purchase some more to cover the whole of my back garden. These are the best I've seen in addition to the sound the flashing light is very bright and effective unlike some I've purchased in the past.

Good buy, they even startle me! easy to put into soil, the eyes are very effective

I've tried a range of things to deter cat's from pooing in our front garden and hoped this would do the trick. It didn't. This product does not deter cats. In fact - as per the attached photo - I literally had a 'queue of cats' waiting to poo in our front garden while this supposed repellent was going off right next to them (note, the red light on the device while they calmly defecate). This photo was taken about 3 weeks after I installed it.I eventually installed plastic spikes and these worked from day 1. I've never had another issue with cats.This product should not be sold. it simply doesn't work.

Excellent Cat repellent. I bought these after our side garden was being used constantly.Handy that it’s solar powered to be able to charge always.I will be purchasing another set of 2, to be able to tackle the front garden as well!

After reading the positive reviews I bought this more expensive double sensor. My neighbour has complained because she can hear it and says it’s uncomfortable for her when she’s sitting out. She said it’s going off all the time. I couldn’t actually hear it and told her it should only go off when something passed. I turned it down and started to notice it is flashing and clicking a lot, when no one is in range. I’ve heard it out of range and seen it flash on my security camera. I don’t know whether it’s frightening the birds off as I still have Cherrys on my tree and the dropped ones haven’t been eaten but I bought it to stop the cats digging up my plants. The cats are still coming in my garden. I’ve seen a fox too. I’ve even took my own cat into the garden and he wasn’t phased by it. So on that basis it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do. If it’s going off all the time because it’s sensing moving plants and trees then it’s far too sensitive.

Omg these have worked amazingly for us, we have them pointing towards each other so it wouldn’t matter which side the cats come in. Before we put them in my hubby got about 20+ poops out of the fresh topsoil but we didn’t want them digging when we lay the seed. We honestly don’t have any anymore. Whoop whoop

Very good product , which works

I have a neighbour who has several cats, and they took great delight in using my garden as a toilet. In desperation I sent away for these scarers. I put the two of them on a recently cleared flowerbed, and nothing unspeakable has appeared since! Easy to install, very solid, I shall be buying more!
