Had it a for some time and works great, its solid and works fast, the water keeps warmer for longer compared to common glass ones.Its simple, boils water fast, you can choose the temperature and it has the alternative to change between Fahrenheit and celsius, seem to be solid enough to last a long time.

Sleek and functional
Love the functionality of this, that it will hold temperatures and how quickly it heats up water. I’m sure this is an issue with all electric kettles but they build up minerals very easy and are hard to clean, only complaint!

This thing is a beast, great for all sorts of tasks. With adjustable water temps it'll boil water make a perfect French press, and not scorch your delicate tea.

Love it!
I did a lot of research before I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas present! We totally love it. The color is very good. You can set your temperature and then it keeps bringing it back up to temperature for 30 minutes. It holds a lot of water. The only thing I noticed was at the bottom base part a little bit of the paint is scraping off. But other than that, it’s a really great purchase.

defective seal inside NO REFUNDS
UPDATE: Contacted HB Support. They accused me of damaging it (what?!) and no refund. Amazon won't refund either, they send you back to HB Support.THE INSIDE OF THIS KETTLE IS NOT ONE PIECE OF STEEL! At the bottom there is a seal and a gasket, etc. It is just a matter of time before the seal fails - mine failed in the first week of use. I would never recommend this to anyone.original review:I only used this thing a few times but today I noticed a burning electric smell... IN THE WATER! I opened the top and there was a weird foam on the top of the water. I emptied it and rinsed and saw the seal at the bottom coming out. How much contaminated water did I drink?!?
