this is pretty much same plastic used to make a drink bottle, or wrap a kids action figure

Have not put it to use yet but looks like it will be the right material to cover my porch.

I had just gotten this and placed it at the top of my pergola and came out today and there’s a hole in it.

I was going to roof my green house with this, but it is less than a 1/16” thick and not nearly a 1/4” as advertised. Don’t buy. Find something else. There has to be something better

Not what I expected.very thin and cracked easy when stepped on.

We wanted to use the panels for a patio roof as they are advertised. They are just too flimsy for this application. They do not lay down flat, the screws provided are to bulky and tend to want to pull the material out of place. They are not rigged enough to span the joists. Unfortunately we pre drilled holes so we can not return the remaining panels we decided it to use. We are disappointed in this product to say the least.

I wanted to create a closure for my open shower. Previously, I used a clear shower curtain but was not pleased with this. I purchased this polycarbonate panel to hang instead. It took some work to straighten the panel as it arrived rolled up. I initially weighted it down at room temperature for about a week. Only partially successful as the ends still contuned to curl. I decided to add heat from an iron to carefully straighten the panel ends. The results were 95% successful as in a couple of areas some slight warping occurred. The panel trimmed easily with heavy duty scissors and I used a 3-ring hole puncher to punch out holes for hanging. After hanging, I added self adhesive handles to easily open and close my new shower door.

Pictures totally misrepresent this product. Spec buried at end of web page shows 1mm (or approx .040 inch. Check the pictures and you will see nothing like this is shown. What is worse, when measured with precision calipers with the backing still in place it measures .029 inches thick. Extremely disappointing to wait such a long time for shipping only to find out it is not what it should be. Amazon should not be advertising this product for sale in such a misleading way.
