I really like these inserts. I have a hard time finding an insert that works for me. My arches are high and not in the same places so the right arch support is always too far forward and these were no exception, but they do not hurt my arches like some inserts do. They are supportive without being too supportive. I like the extra support (a little bump) at the forefoot which mostly eliminates the toe pain and numbness I have experienced. They also cup my heel so that it doesn't roll or slide in my shoe. They offer some cushion, but not too much, which is just what I need.

These insoles are very comfortable, and fit perfectly. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 10. No issues with the way they slipped in. They felt really great until about a half a day went by and then the pain in my feet started back. I will continue to wear them as this was only day one for them. It may take some time???? I'll update if any changes occur in the future.

I’m on my feet 8-12+ hours a day. These were so comfortable. I needed something for my metatarsalgia and these did the trick. I love how thick they are throughout for complete comfort. They fit perfectly into my work shoes without any trimming needed. Yesterday I wore them for over 13 hours with no issues

Developed matatarsalgia after steep incline treadmill runs. These insoles effectively relieved discomfort and that "pebble in my shoe" sensation immediately. I'm back " on track" running and walking more comfortably so I am ordering another pair. They are stable in my shoe with no shifting and on the firmer side but still comfortable. Thanks for making an effective quality product.

The heel curvature & stability was above & beyond but metatarsal bump was soft & not supporting enough. Otherwise the Base of product was impressive just not the metatarsal bump

These really help. Made a big difference in my sneakersBut they do raise your height up inside your shoe, making it easy to roll an ankle. Be careful if you are unsteady on your feet.

I recently went to the podiatrist for plantar's fasciitis. I had this insole in my shoes and she asked to look at it. She said it has a solid arch, a nice heal cup but it does wobble a little and the metatarsal bump that helps with my Morton's neuroma. All-in-all she felt this was a good alternative when a custom insole is not an option. Once I received her stamp of approval I ordered second pair.

These insoles are amazing! I’ve bought two sets so far and my feet have never felt better! 10/10 would recommend
